I did a quick test and it worked with eve-ng but it took a while to boot. See if you can get it working with this template below. Just download the qemu files linked in this repo and place them in the right folder with the correct name. root@eve-ng:/opt/unetlab/addons/qemu# ls extremexos-22.4.1.4/ hda.qcow2 File located at /opt/unetlab/html/templates/extremexos.php Make sure you back it up. |

Yes, it's working. But if we use 2 or more EXOS_VMs 22.4.1.4 and 22.5.1.7, it see each other with edp command, but ping and routing doesn't work if vlan on port is in tag mode. |

2 years agoIn the past, I have used GNS3 successfully to model planned network maintenance, including migrating a hub-and-spoke T1 network to service-provider MPLS and it was great because everything had been tested.
The choices of such tools are much wider now. I recently dropped VIRL because it didn't have as much support for the N5K/N7K platform because it is old (despite what people actually are using) and its L2 support on those platforms is pitiful.
I'm looking again at the tools and am looking for suggestions. These tools would be primarily aimed at modeling changes for work, but also for certification activities.
